TradeEquipGuide provides independent buying guidance for industrial and trade equipment. We cover automotive, HVAC, welding, electrical, plumbing, jobsite safety, and inspection tools.
How we work
- Honest comparisons. Every guide clearly states which products won and why. We do spec-by-spec comparisons, not vague "we liked this one better" conclusions.
- Zero pay-for-play. Brands cannot purchase favorable coverage. Our content is funded through affiliate commissions — and we only link to products we genuinely recommend.
- Source-based guidance. Until hands-on testing is disclosed on an individual guide, our recommendations are based on official specifications, manuals, warranty information, and established professional requirements.
- Practical perspective. We write for working tradespeople, not weekend DIYers — unless a product genuinely serves both audiences.
Testing philosophy
We use official product documentation, manuals, warranty terms, standards, and established professional requirements as the basis for each guide. Where hands-on testing has been performed, the relevant guide will explain the method and scope.
